While we don’t offer 24/7 chat support just yet , we are currently working hard to expand our customer support team and aim to provide 24/7 support in the very near future. That being said, we do have chat support between 9am-5pm Monday-Friday, and a Facebook community where you can ask questions at anytime.

Yes. While we are primarily a husband-and-wife team who were dreaming about building our own CRM platform one day, HighLevel came along and built everything we were dreaming of building ourselves and more. So instead of re-inventing the wheel, we decided to take what they were offering us and build on top of it. Because after all, we can’t help but keep Buttr-ing (building, testing, tweaking & repeating) so we can keep moving the needle for you without tech getting in the way! ;)

BuTTR actually stands for Build, Test, Tweak, Repeat- and is a system that I have been teaching in my Talk To The Bot membership program for all things marketing automations & bots. It helps explain the concept behind automations, and what we can expect from our automations once they’re built out. It also helps that it sounds exactly like ‘butter’, since buttery smooth marketing & sales automations are our.. ahem, Bread & Butter.

This completely depends on your comfort with tech, and your own customer support team for serving your clients.
